Design and Implement an entire Apple Australia Site on eWorld, Apple's online service
Axon was given the responsibility of designing, and then implementing the Apple Australia site "Aussie World" on Apple's online service, eWorld. Starting from scratch our role was to assess likely areas of interest to Apple's Australian Customers, and locate information of interest from within the Companies resources. From there Axon established the necessary processes to publish this information on the eWorld host computer in Nappa, California.Design and Implement a forum for the provision of online technical support for Apple Customers.
Once again Axon was chosen to design the "Ask Apple Australia" forum on eWorld. This involved a method where Apple's customers could post technical questions online, and receive an "Offical" Apple reply in a short period. This project also involved the design of systems to enable Apple's technical staff to track requests, and respond with uniform answers, as well as the training of these staff in various online procedures.Maintain the Aussie World Forum on eWorld
Axon handled the day to day maintenance and development of the Aussie World site on eWorld. This included the regular updating of constantly changing information, along with the daily monitoring of requests and suggestions made to Apple through the online forum, and responding to such requests, along with a variety of other tasks.Provision of technical and marketing support to Apple Australia's Internet Services group.
Axon handled the provision of routine and advanced techniocal issues on behalf of the Australian arm of Apple Internet Services, along with the provision of marketing assistance, and trade show demonstrations of the groups services. Some of the projects we worked on included the redesign of Australia wide access for subscribers to Apple's eWorld service, technical advise on the eWorld subscribers transition program, and the provision of staff, equipment and design for various trade shows and major events. But of course this only scratches the surface of the fasicnating and complex tasks we undertook for AIS.Multimedia training for Resellers.
